We believe that we will provide you with excellent service as property managers and that our business relationship will extend to provide you with the Best possible representation as a buyers Realtor when and if you decide to purchase a property as well. Make sure and keep our web site links handy since we do have the Best Mohave County MLS search with the most information available and NO sign in required !

  I envision this as being a great experience for both tenants and owners and plan to make sure that we grow accordingly so that everyone gets the best service possible. All properties will have visual tours so that you can see on line before even going to check things out personally. Also when you complete a credit/background check and pay the $40 non-refundable fee if you agree in writing we can keep the confidential information in a secure location for other potential properties you may be interested in that we will be handling to help limit your out of pocket moving expenses. We also take pride in making sure that all tenants know all they need to know about the potential rental/owners agreements etc AHEAD of signing your lease so that there are NO "surprise" (good or bad) circumstances for you even initially.

We also know that in the recent years that there has been some unusual circumstances for tenants with foreclosures and short sales and we want to assure you that when you have a lease in place that those are to be honored and federal laws have been put into place to ensure that your rights are considered and honored. If an owner wants to sell a property, you should also be secure in knowing that your lease MUST be honored by a new owner unless you VOLUNTARILY make arrangements with either the seller before close of escrow or the new owner after the home has sold to be "bought out” of your lease agreement. I also would like to let you know that there are still a considerable amount of "investment" buyers who do not want to live in the property, but my Company/ future agents will make sure to let you know ALL that they do regarding the intentions of prospective buyers use of a property you are living in as well as future rent increases or anything that may affect you as a tenant of the property.

My goal is to make communication easy between everyone and that way your everyday living can be more relaxed and comfortable. You have the same rights of quiet enjoyment during your lease hold of a property as an owner does and THAT is our Goal.
